"eRoom | Business Reports" enables you to import content generated by the team in projects or workflows from multiple eRoom databases and eRoom project plans into a custom, professional business report and update this on an ongoing basis.

Your Situation

You use eRoom databases for evaluating suppliers, following up on leads, managing your portfolio, organizing meetings, issue tracking and creating documents, and eRoom project plans for planning projects and managing assignments—just to name a few possible uses. eRoom only offers limited functions for efficiently post-processing this valuable company data. That’s why YADA developed "eRoom | Business Reports".

Function

Create customized, professional-looking business reports for reporting, presentations, and meetings in a few short clicks. In this way, the right information is available to the right people at the right time.

  • Create as many Microsoft Excel report templates as required for each eRoom database or eRoom project plan.
  • Apply any filter to the database or project plan.
  • Use the many options available for synchronizing data between eRoom and the Microsoft Excel report.
  • Select reports from existing templates.

At the end of the process, all predefined eRoom content is available for you in Microsoft Excel and you can continue to work on the custom, highly complex business reports. From this point forward, your business report is always up-to-date, even when additions and changes are made in eRoom.
