Files

Any type of file can be easily uploaded to or downloaded from eRoom with drag & drop.

Folders

A place where you can save, organize, and comment on files, links and other eRoom elements.

Discussions

An exchange of opinions between multiple people in which you can read other peoples’ comments and submit your own contributions.

Polls

A page where you can submit a question for discussion. You can also provide possible answers. Once other participants have cast their votes, the results are automatically evaluated and displayed.

Calendar

A simple team calendar with monthly, weekly, and list views, recurring events and a synchronization function for Microsoft® Outlook®.

Project plans

A simple project plan that includes a Gantt diagram and can be synchronized with Microsoft® Outlook®. You can filter and group together project tasks and follow actual progress. Every entry can include comments and attachments, just like every other eRoom page.

Databases

A fully user-defined database for milestones, problems, contact people, and other structured project information. You can select fields and data types and insert, sort, group, search, and filter entries. An entry can also include comments and attachments, just like every other eRoom page.

Workflows

eRoom workflows allow the easy and fast creation of common workflows for structured processes. These workflows could include shared document creation (such as creating a bid), problem tracking, or task processing. 

Links

A link to a website, another eRoom, or to a specific file or page in an eRoom. You can create a link for all elements that have a Web address (URL).

Inboxes

A special folder where e-mails can be received and stored. If you cc your eRoom on project-related e-mails, you can automatically create an archive for project correspondence.

Dashboards

A summary of information from one or several databases, calendars, and project plans. Dashboards can be displayed on the “My eRooms” page.
